• Cynde was great! She was very accommodating and a great host! The house was fabulous! We rented the entire place with 15 girls and it slept us all comfortably. Prefect location so close to campus. We loved it!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Cyndes. The 1st time I stayed down stairs & this time us stairs in the English room. I love this place. And waking up to with the new Chef, Jacky was wonderful. The house is clean & usually has fun people staying there. It’s much more social than staying in a hotel.

  • We had a big group in from out of town for a business meeting, and the University House was perfect! Bedrooms were all great, and the kitchen is outstanding. Will definitely book this again in the future.

[Hawaiian Retreat] Great addition to the main house!

University street is one of the most beautiful streets in Eugene. We took a few strolls around the neighborhood. The host was great, very warm and welcoming. The house is a beautiful old home, and the beds were large and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

  • The house is walking distance to campus on a quiet, lovely tree lined street with ample parking. The caretaker, Jesse, even walked us directly to the arena from the house upon arrival. Clean, inviting accommodations and a great nights rest. Breakfast was made to order and hit all the right spots. Fresh local coffee and a good selection of teas. Easy going and just what we were hoping for!

    Christina - Polynesian Room

Pretty, charming house in perfect proximity to UO. The host was flexible and accommodating. While I was asked to switch rooms last minute to help accommodate another guest, I loved the room I got! Very clean, private, spacious… Temperature was well-regulated, linens were fresh. No complaints here! Great value!

    Grace - Italian Room

  • This is a great B&B in Eugene. I have been staying in Eugene for 4+ years and this was one of the best locations to the University and also, out the back road to wine tasting. The neighborhood itself is extremely nice and was beautiful in the Fall! I loved the house itself. It is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was just as the picture portrayed…nice, clean and comfortable. When we met, we were given a tour, a lay of the land so to speak and apprised of breakfast times, etc.

    Darci - Polynesian Room

Eugene has a lot of beautiful streets but University Avenue is magnificent — elegant homes under tall trees on a gentle knoll just south of the UO campus. Cynde’s unpretentious but stately house is right there, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The place is immaculate and comfortable — superb king-sized bed, spacious closets, new shower across the hall. It was easy to spend hours there, moving from the enormous kitchen (with continental breakfast each morning: fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, plums from the tree, etc) to the big dining room and out to the back patio. Truly a refuge, and a place we’ll visit each time we’re in Eugene.
